Kuldeep speaks openly about how her life changed in adulthood as she navigated profound grief, infertility, and traumatic experiences. Her own healing journey ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in clinical counselling.
When you meet Kuldeep, it is easy to understand why she has devoted her life to helping others. She brings a natural warmth and compassion that helps people feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely seen.
Kuldeep chose to complete her clinical practicum at a residential addiction treatment centre. This decision was shaped by her experience of nearly losing someone close to her to addiction, as well as navigating codependency and the difficult process of learning how to support a loved one without losing herself in the process. Throughout her practicum, she has been particularly drawn to approaches that help clients regulate their emotions, heal their nervous systems, and explore how family systems have shaped their experiences.
Kuldeep was born and raised in the beautiful town of Ladysmith, BC, and now lives in Nanaimo with her family.
